Is this scientific?
The chart itself is. Your placements are computed from the real astronomical positions of the planets at your birth, using a genuine ephemeris — those positions are facts of the sky. The reading is an interpretation in the language of astrological tradition. Astrology is not an empirical predictor of personality or events, and we don’t claim it is. We offer chartlore as a reflective, keepsake reading of a real chart — not science, not fortune-telling.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
You can still get a reading. Without an accurate birth time we cannot compute your Rising sign, houses, or Midheaven, so we leave them out entirely rather than guess — and the reading covers your planets by sign. Switch off “I know my birth time” on the form and we’ll handle the rest honestly.
Will it predict my future?
No. chartlore never predicts events or dates, and makes no claims about your health, relationships, finances, or any outcome. Everything is framed as the tendencies astrological tradition associates with your placements — for reflection, not prophecy.

What’s the refund policy?
If your reading fails to generate or our quality check flags it, you’re refunded automatically within 90 days of your order. If our logs show you never opened your reading after it was delivered, you can self-refund within 30 days from your order page. Otherwise email chartlore@forage.bot and we’ll review case-by-case.
